The training is online training, and it will be delivered through a webinar.

The training is 3 hours a day for seven weeks for morning and evening classes, and 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday for weekend classes.

The requirement for the training includes all the following:

• Willingness to learn
• Acknowledgement that we all start somewhere
• A can-do attitude to finish the course
• Access to the internet 
• Access to a laptop or mobile that connects to the internet 
• 18 years of age or older
• A good working knowledge of the English Language

We will connect you to your Telegram Group, where you will get access to your training platform. Links will be sent to you at least 2 hours before your class. You cannot share the link. 

We have considerably reduced our prices. The cost of a single retail will cost you about £8,997. We understand the difficulty for some candidates to make a one-off payment. If you struggle to make the full payment, you can contact us. 

Examination cost is not included in the cost. If you want to take the exams associated, we are willing to assist you and point you in the right direction. 

There is no financial option. You can call the office to discuss your financial situation. 

We are not in any way able to guarantee that you will get a job after gaining certification. We want to assure you that certifications open doors to interview. 

Currently in the UK for contract staff, from any one of our package courses earns between £300 to £900 in a day depending on the role and organisation. 

The courses are all online, including practice tools. 

You can use your computer, mobile phones, tabs or any device that can connect to the Internet. 

We supply email support from a dedicated e-learning support team, accessible from links on the e-learning pages. You can also contact us through our dedicated telephone number.

We do not provide financial assistance. 

To be granted a tuition refund, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to core.desk@robustdigital.expert by 5:00 pm (your local time) 5 full business days before the course’s start date.  Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit card issuer. Also, we will reserve £50 for administrative charges.

You will be sent an email with information on how to access your online training.

The setup is the same as in a classroom only you are attending through a device that connects to the internet. You can ask questions and submit assignments. 

Well done! When you complete an Online Course, you are eligible to receive a digital certificate of completion. We encourage you to review your instructor’s syllabus to understand the Certificate of Completion requirements for your course. These requirements often include the following:

• Active participation in the majority of discussion boards
• Timely submission of all assignments

The Fast Track Package has short written assignments. We will issue you a Certificate of Completion not later than three weeks after the course ends.
